Painted paper is such a wonderful medium to work with. I used to use a lot of painted paper collage with my junior art students to help keep painting mess to a minimum in the classroom. Before long I began to notice the lovely painterly textures and jewel-bright colors of the painted paper the kids were making. My super creative kid artists totally inspired me to start collaging with painted paper. It is fun to make and the texture adds a beautiful depth to illustration work.
Aren´t vegetables just beautiful to look at. Such amazing colors and textures and shapes! I had so much fun designing these melamine plate mockups! I can just imagine a summer picnic with these with pink lemonade and potato salad.

I have a crazy goal to have a brand new clip art pack up and ready to buy on creative market every fortnight for the rest of the year. There is going to be a lot of paper snipping that is for sure!
